2. Eligibility

3. Your account
You sign in with a code sent by email, or with Google, Facebook or Apple.
You are responsible for access to your email or third-party account and for all activity under your account.
Never share your verification code. WAVI will never ask for it.

You can delete your account at any time in the app. Your personal data is then erased; payment records are kept for accounting purposes.
4. Features
WAVI lets you post listings, chat, leave reviews, and report content or users. Sellers can buy promotions (Top, Featured, Boost, Urgent) and subscription packages, governed by the Billing Policy.
5. User content and prohibited items
You remain responsible for your listings, messages and reviews. You confirm you have the right to post them and grant WAVI a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute them on the platform [LICENCE SCOPE TO CONFIRM].
You must not post:
illegal, stolen or counterfeit goods or services;
weapons, drugs, prescription-only medicines or other items banned by law [LIST TO COMPLETE PER COUNTRY];
misleading content, scams, duplicate listings or fake reviews;
hateful, violent or sexually explicit content, or anything that harms minors;
other people's personal data without their consent;
content that infringes copyright or other rights (see the Copyright Policy);
any misuse of the platform (spam, impersonation, manipulation of reviews or rankings).
6. Moderation and removal
WAVI may review, refuse, hide or remove any content, and suspend or close any account, including after a report or when these terms are breached. You can report a listing or user in the app. WAVI notifies the affected user where possible [APPEAL PROCESS TO CONFIRM].
7. WAVI is a platform, not a party to your deals
WAVI connects buyers and sellers. WAVI is not a party to sales between users, does not hold the goods, does not guarantee their quality, legality or the identity of users, and takes no commission on those sales. Payments between buyer and seller do not pass through WAVI. The promotional wallet can only be used to buy WAVI's own services. See our safety tips.
8. Limitation of liability

9. Termination
