Getting started
How do I find a listing?
Use search from the header, choose a category or browse listings near your selected market. Filters help narrow results by location, price and attributes.
How do I post an advert?
Select Post an ad, choose the category, add a clear title, description, price, location and photos, then submit it for review.
Buying and selling
How should I contact a seller?
Open the listing and use Start chat or Show contact. Keep the conversation on WAVI and agree on inspection, payment and delivery before you proceed.
Safety
How can I stay safe?
Meet in a public place, inspect the item before paying, avoid advance delivery payments and report suspicious listings or users.
Account
How do I update my account?
Sign in and open My account, then choose Profile to update your name, email, secondary phone and preferences.

How do I contact WAVI?
Email support@wavi.ca with your account email and the listing or payment reference when one is relevant.
